The first thing for you to do is to clear your cache/cookies from your IE browser. Next, Iook in your inventory and see if you have any glitched items such as loot boxes (the most common glitched item is a loot box). You can identify if an item is glitched by an unending circle icon that appears when you try to use or move item or open the loot box. After you have identified the item that is glitched, please sell the item in the scrapyard. After the item is removed from your inventory, you should be able to purchase items again. Please test this by buying some grenades or an armor insert (something you will end up using that doesn’t cost much). If you receive item without error, your inventory issue is now fixed and you should have no further issue.
If you cannot sell the item or if you are having a difficult time identifying which item is glitched, please let us know so we can work with you to find out what item is causing the issue. You can find the support link under my signature. Please include what items in the store you tried to buy (exact item name please) and how much you spent.
If you are not getting your crates even though it says you are supposed to get them, please also let us know. This means your inventory is also glitched and should you try to buy an item in the store there is the possibility you will get an error, your RP will be gone and you will not get the item.
Please don't hesitate to put in a support ticket if you encounter any of these problems, it CAN be fixed!
