WOW everytime i wanna play the servers are offline i come home and the servers offline like common

Can we get just a rough estimate? I was supposed to team up with my brother and two of my friends from 5-9 as the was the only chance all of us could be on at the same time for the for-see-able future. Will it be later today or even longer?

I thought the servers being down was done and overwith, I mean, I understand you want to make the game better and I support that ALL THE WAY, but quit tellin us $#!t when it isn't true please.. Thank you, I appreciate it..
