    AC: Brotherhood "Bind Key to Account" Binding Failed

    Hello,

    My Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood key is not confirm on Binding Key to Account window. After typing my username and password, I press to Log in the Play. I wrote true key, but following error: "This key has been used already." What's the problem? The first entry in this way when I did not give an error.

    I have a original AC: Brotherhood.

    In most cases this is caused by logging in with the wrong username. The keys are one time use, and so if you enter the wrong username it will request a new key. Entering the same key will result in that error message. If you haven't done so, create a support ticket over at http://support.ubi.com. Include the key in the ticket and you can PM me the ticket reference number so I can find you. I should be able to figure out what the issue is from there.

    My username and password true, and when I log into my account seems to my game(AC: Brotherhood). The picture below:

    Can you PM me the ticket reference number for the support request you have sent in? The link will not work since you would have to be logged into your account to view the ticket. With the ref number, I can find you in our database and also reply back via email. You can find the ref number in your email, or on the support page where you created the ticket.

    I'm having similar problems with Assassins Creed II. We got the game I think last year for my birthday, but our computers couldn't run it so we left it alone until we got this new gaming computer. So I turn on the game from Steam and I'm show the Key, which my sister doesn't remember at all from last time. It took me a while to remember by Uplay info and finally log in, I enter the key and nothing. I don't know what to do, I don't want to buy another key cause the game was expensive to begin with, if I remember right. Please help!
