Did you even read the description? It says these are early concepts for the FIRST game. Nowhere does it say anything about a continuation.

Yes but if you look at the art it shows the Petra Jordan which is on a mongolian coin

also why is it now they decide to release concept art from a game that came out in 2009


what im trying to get at is that they might make a continuation of AC1

the concept art was made for AC1 when they originally thought it was going to be a Prince of Persia game. It is not Mongolia, it is Alumut and other Persian locations. They could go back to Altair but not for a while (while = years).

Side note: i think the cloth (outfit) of Altair in the concept art looks a lot better then what they had in the final game. And the concept art had horse combat, assassination on horseback, duel wielding, and co-op. Most of these idea have been implemented now, but i'd like to see co-op like how they have it in the concept art. I think the crusader era would be best for a co-op experience.

AC1 came out in 2007 by the way.

Ok:

1 The"original" outfit looks very cool.
2 To the op, the artwork goes back to 2004, in a time in which they were thinking to release a PoP Spinoff, three years before AC1.
3 They release this pictures to keep interest, since it is been almost anoe month and a half without news of AC3
4 Ubisoft WONT go back to Altair for a while.
