My friend is haveing Connection Failure at the login screen, although the servers are up, is there a way to fix this?

yeah im getting the same problem but i just relaunched it and the servers are offline again. probably realized they were having problems. just wait till they come back up

Servers online, he still gets connection failure, he checked firewall, router, turned off Anti Virus programs, sent in dxdiag, reinstalled, uninstalled, port forwarded and still cant connect what so ever.
