How do you roll while prone? (I found out-- press spacebar while strafing)

You mentioned getting more ammo, how can you get more ammo? (still wondering)

It's been added a couple of months ago, where fallen enemies drop ammo, and you'll see a blue icon floating over their head. Just run over the body and you'll pick up ammo. Unfortunately, they don't drop frags....I would love that.
