Congratulations Mr. Blackbar.
Congrats! I started out with just an A+ and it was enough to get me an entry level job. I have a few years of experience now and feel I could go just about anywhere. I am going to try for the MCSE and CCNA or a few others.
Good luck! Just dont get your hopes up for your first job. Just try to get your foot in someplace where you can learn. The more they pay you the more they expect from you. Craigslist is also a good resource for finding temp jobs at companies. You need to be exposed to the server side of things and desktops in a domain setting. Group policies, etc.. Fixing desktops will only get you so far. And unless you want to work as a PC tech vs a systems admin. Like your own PC repair shop. Learn the mobile stuff too! my company uses iPads and iPhones. i get just as many calls about those as the Windows stuff. Its just that you cant remotely take over an ipad to fix it! You have to walk them through the steps.
Congrats and good luck. This is a lousy economy for job hunting. North Dakota and Texas are good places - the oil biz is good at the moment (though there is an oil glut).
