Exactly as the title suggests...this game does not allow for you to do anything you need to because you have to spend much more than you make. IE the game developers have made it so that to be able to advance you must purchase Budget or House Cash. I'm fed up with this game. Every step of the episodes requires at least 3 things to move on and one of them is always 500+ budget leaving me penniless to make meds, or upgrade anything.

Let me clue you in on something Ubisoft, games should be FUN to play...not frustrating. Stop being so ****ed greedy and make some major changes that are needing to be made so that we're not pulling our hair out trying to make headway in this game and we can actually ENJOY it.

It's a new game so I am sure they are still working out the kinks. The money needed to the money earned is off. Even if you use the blood thing and the matching thing as much as possible that will really just cover treatment of the patient, with no extra for any upgrades or things like that.

100% agree with everything here...it seems that UbiSoft and Zynga might be interconnected somehow because they DESIGN their games to require you to purchase things with REAL CASH to get anywhere...you can never play very long because you're either: 1. Out of money...2. Out of Energy...3. Or your Machines need batteries or have to recharge...either make more ways of making money and energy or this game will die a fast and horrible death and not even House himself could bring the patient back!

I'm literally seconds from calling it quits on this game because almost everything in the game that you need and have to purchase except for the medicine at the pharmacy requires you to have House credits and I can't risk spending and more USD on credits because the payments are linked to my cell phone account and I'm on a family plan that my parents are paying for so I can't risk upping the bill by constantly buying House credits because my phone bill will cost alot of money and I'm gonna risk getting in trouble for it. I think it's best if a large majority of the items in the game were being paid via Budget with the exception of the special edition or rare items since we're able to earn Budget dollars by constantly treating patients in the clinic. Jut thought I'd give you my opinion.

About to call it quits on the game myself. I know they want to make real money off us, but come on. When it comes to having to pay real money just to get anywhere in the game its stupid. They know of the situation and know how it is, they set it up that way on purpose. Notice this thread has no comment from the greeds at Ubispend, unlike other topics they at least say something. They want it this way on purpose. Its to a point where when I go to start a new game and I see its Ubisoft, I just groan because I know whats coming. Its really sad because they do make alot of good games for consoles as well. But even though I love certain console games from them, I am about to boycot them all together. Like they have not milked enough money out of people yet.

There is not a thing in the game that requires you to spend money. Buying things speeds it up, but it is absolutely unnecessary to buy things to accomplish what you need to accomplish -- it just takes longer. Thanks for playing.

I agree with this statement BUT I also agree with the frustrations of others. To keep players there has to be some adjustments made, the game is great, but when you spend more then you make to take care of your patients it is frustrating. I am sure no hospital nor doctors office will pay to treat a patient but only make a tenth of what they spent on the treatment for the patient. if that were the case i guess all our hospitals and docotors offices would be bankrupt.

I am sure that the game, as it evolves and is changed, will be fine-tuned more and more. Hopefully there will be changes in this regard that will make the players a bit happier -- just keep making suggestions. We appreciate everyones' involvement in the game.

I agree with everyone. Fortunately I havent been broke (yet) as I relied on the patients that come in, but I would prefer a bit more money so I can upgrade my pills and machines
