thats awesome. Ubisoft needs to release something like that. Then they could even give us multiple tones for the same song and have a symbol or something telling when to switch tones. I often try hitting the little controller ****ons with my toes and its not too much fun.

Add a wah wah peddle to it and you got an excellant hardware add on that UBI would be smart to make,

I would think that a foot pedal control is something that madcatz would put out versus ubisoft. They made the cable for their game but do they usually make controllers or more just software. Plus I would rather they work on bass, vocals, DLC patch fixes, than a foot pedal controller (don't get me wrong it would be real nice to have one). Here is a thought we could all go to madcatz forums and suggest this controller. As there is bandfuse coming out they may have more motivation to make it since it would be beneficial to two games versus just one. I have thought about putting my guitar hero drum set on the floor to use but decided against it since it will be hard to use arrow keys.

Great job, looks like it's just what's needed. I would love to have something similar too.

FWIW - I think that for you contest entry description you need to remember your audience. They may not know thatt Rocksmith is a guitar game or that guitarists commonly use stompboxes. Would have been good to add a couple more lines of information so they have a clear idea of your purpose and the usefullness of the box. Maybe the description doesn't make it clear why you are picking up and putting down the controller. Sorry if I'm being annoying, trying to be helpful.

Cool dude that's awesome! Adds more diversity to the game when you can change your tones on the fly mid song.

I made one out of a broken GH guitar. Replaced the strum bar on the guitar with the ****ons from the neck. Some velcro on the bottomo it doesn't slide around on the floor and its a perfect way to change tones and navigate the menu hands free (and in the shape of a guitar :)

Ubi will probably release a periphial sometime down the road I assume

Nice box. Looks like you spent qite a bit of tme on it. How easy is it to use in game while holding / playing your guitar?

I've seen a few people post on here that they use old dance game mats as foot controllers. I was thinking of picking one up to try it. They are kind of flimsy and big but maybe with a little "surgery" they could be made more usefull.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be software support wah wah yet. I would definitely have integrated it if it were!

    Thanks!
It's very easy to use. It's WAY easier than trying to pick up a controller. I thought about using a dance mat for the project, but my wife likes the mat, and DDR makes me laugh. maybe I can find a used one for the next box.
