I understand your frustration with the changes. The developer team is just looking for a balance in the game. They are revisiting the game mechanics during the Beta phases of the game until we can meet the best optimization to make the most of the content we are able to offer. I can assure you that they are reviewing the consequences and adjusting accordingly. We are also collecting all of the feedback we receive from all customers and passing it along through the proper channels for consideration.

i too am getting tired of waiting for my energy to go up. i used to be able to rely on my neighbours, but guess what they have stopped playing because of this issue, and the fact we have to wait for the next case to be ready, unless of course you spend money, which i have been told none of them will do... csi crime city is better as we don't have to wait so long to get our energy up,.....and i can come back 2 hours later and play some more, without having to wait over 24 hours for my energy to go up
