    Energy

I am quite sure you have had this issue come up over and over, but I just have to try to get you to understand something...I hope. When you use up what energy you have, you have to go to another game or to the Facebook homepage or worst case scenario...get offline and wait and wait and wait.... I really like CSI game and it's so much fun, BUT your credit issue is a major problem. If I am bringing this issue to the wrong group, please let me know, as this is an important issue. I have seen where others bring it up and some say they are quitting because of it. It just ruins the game to have to stop while it gathers more energy for you. 1 1/2 minutes is waaay too long to wait for one energy point. I refuse to buy credits with you as your credits are extremely expensive. Sorry. I just want to play the game without stopping. You let us accumulate neighbors, but only allow a certain amount of coffee to be gathered. Why do we need more neighbors?
This game is produced by Ubisoft. In my experience, all Ubisoft games are designed to pull the gamer into the gaming world and keep them there....in my opinion, this game's infrastructure contradicts just that. So hopefully you will understand where I am coming from.

    Thank you for your time,

    Deb Mahaney-Wood

It's simple. It is that way so you will click up there and BUY more energy if you don't wanna wait. ALL Facebook games do this. It is one of the ways they make money off of their games.

PLUS they have the gadgets that you can use 10 times a day to search without using energy.

On the subject of the energy renewing, I've now got to wait 25 minutes for 1 energy so the 11/2 minutes was a dream!. Obviously, I'm now losing interest in the game as i'm using my energy up quickly and having to wait so long for it to renew is tedious. Why has it suddenly become such a long time between points? I'm at Level 41 and trying to complete my cases but it looks like I won't be bothering =(

    Hello Lisa3107

The recent changes were made to ensure the game is played at a pace intended to be played. We were having issues with players having to frequently wait for new cases. So due to customer complaint, we've optimized the game mechanics to add value to the game. We appreciate your feedback and are keeping track of it.

You can always use the gadgets while searching tiles in order to not use up your energy too fast, you can also use friend's help to question the suspects. You can get free shields by inviting new players too! Or by filling out our partner's offers that pop-up on the right side of the screen (watch & earn, share your opinion and earn, etc..)

Did you also see our current offer of 30 free shields? It's really easy to complete and you can refresh your gadgets with the shields or use some of them to buy an Elite badge and go back to the 3mins energy regeneration.

Thank you and happy new year!

Hi thanks for replying and Happy New Year to you all too...To be honest I enjoyed the game as not many of my friends play it and I was still able to progress without their help. I don't want to fill out loads of pointless offers that will fill my inbox with rubbish offers that I wont ever use and I've noticed that quite a few of them are sign ups that you can only do once anyway. Also, it takes quite a while to earn shields and so that would only be a short term solution.
I don't have the funds to continually buy shields or badges. And how did you determine 'the pace intended to be played'? I play for a few minutes and then my energy is gone, I go to do something else-no energy- so I find another game. Sorry to say as much as I enjoyed playing, I don't see how 25 minutes for 1 energy is worthwhile. I doubt I'll be playing again until you speed up the energy renewal speed as I feel it's just not worth it.
