Launcher Issue. ( have searched forums)

I have searched the forums and have not found the issue which is my cause for frustration. I am running the following system specs:

Processor: AMD Processor model unknown (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Hard Drive: 2320 GB Total
Video Card: X2 NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
    Monitor: x2 ACR X223W
Sound Card: Speakers (HP Digital Stereo Headset)
Speakers Headphones: Headset Earphone (Logitech USB Headset)
    Keyboard: Logitech HID-compliant G15 Keyboard
Mouse: Logitech HID-compliant G5 Laser Mouse
    Mouse Surface: Mouse pad
    Operation System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.100226-1909)
    Motherboard: ASUS M2N-SLI

I have Framework 4.0, 3.5 is giving me issues installing. However the launcher doesn't even open when selected. Not the first program I have had such issues with either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In that case the problem is likely with your Framework installation. Go uninstall all the ones you have and re-download the latest version of 4.0.

    Hi Nydirech,

If you continue to have issues while trying to launch the game, please submit a support ticket so we can help you rectify this as quickly as possible. Also please include your DxDiag. If you are unsure of how to retrieve this information, please follow the instructions below: 1. From Windows, click Start->Run
    2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG
    3. Click the save ****on to save the file as a text file in your Desktop.
    4. Click the back ****on in this browser and attach the file at the bottom of the page.

    Thanks!

I played the beta game a month or so ago and had fun, but I wasn't able program certain keys the way I wanted, so I posted about it and stopped playing the game for a while. A week or so later I tried to play the game but it said that the testing had stopped temporarily and I don't think my key was still working, so I uninstalled the game and applied for a new key. I received a new key since then and
I downloaded the Launcher and run it and it starts downloading the game files, but then it crashed after a few minutes. So I restart the launcher and it continues downloading the game from where it left off and a few minutes later it crashed again. So again I restart the Launcher and it crashed again and again and again, so I gave up. I figured I would give it a try later. Maybe my 50 down and 10 up connection speed is too fast for the down-loader, lol. Anyway, if anybody knows of how I can get this working, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi again Nydirech,

If you are having any issue with Ghost Recon: Online, whether it be gameplay or technical support (such as launcher issues), you can send in a support ticket so we can help you get the launcher working on your computer and get you in game and playing.

    Thanks again!

    Exclamation

Well if you are sure that you have the .NET Framework installed, and the game doesn't work, try this: (Works with Vista/7)
    1. Start the launcher
2.Wait till the message box appears (DON'T close it)
    3.Open task manager
    4.Go to processes tab
    5.Find (Launcher.exe)
6.Right click it and choose (Open file location)
7.In that folder right click the launcher and choose (Run as administrator)
    And hopefully it works

I have tried that Medo3g The "Launcher" doesnt even have an error message Nor does it show up in Processes as it never actually launches.

There is also no Run as admin option for this file.

As previously suggested please submit a support ticket. Once we receive the ticket we will be able to assist you in much more of a timely manner. All troubleshooting steps can be relayed a lot easier in the ticket also.
