Issue with keys unbinding | Forums

Howdy,

I only just started up trying out the beta, and the first thing I noticed is that stuff in my options menu keeps reverting (i.e. turn off profanity filter it comes back on, change resolution and graphics level and they switch back, etc.). However the biggest annoyance is that my keys unbind every time I go into a match so I literally have to sit there and wait till it boots me for inactivity, or alt-tab and end process the game. Is this a common issues? Is there a way I can prevent my keys from constantly unbinding?

Hi Vonreid!

Can you place a support ticket regarding this issue? Include as much detail as you can and also please include a DxDiag and we will get back to you and hopefully be able to solve this issue for you.
If you are unsure of how to retrieve this information, please follow the instructions below: 1. From Windows, click Start->Run
2. In the Open: box, Type DXDIAG
3. Click the save ****on to save the file as a text file in your Desktop.
4. Click the back ****on in this browser and attach the file at the bottom of the page.

Since I posted this I've already gotten my own fix. I had put the GRO files within /Program Files(x86). So after I switched Yeti_Release.exe's properties to always open with Administrator privilege it started actually saving the changes I had been making. XD I didn't realize it would be so frustrating to put the game in Program Files(x86).
