Rating in ranked games dont saved | Forums

I played 12 ranked games and take 1600 rating, then i change the hero in dynasty my rating change to 1444. I played 6 games (won). but rating not changed. its groiwng up, but if i exit the game and then return my rating is 1444.....How to solve this probleme?
And second question. sometimes i haved an error to connection in ranked games (opponent found....cannot to connect, check you ineternet connection, other players take same probleme).
game version 1.3.0.
