Can't login to Uplay Heeellppp please | Forums

my main problem is that when i try to login to my uplay account( through the ubisoft launcher ,not on the web) it wants me to submit a key to my account because after i installed the 1.3 patch for revelations,i don't know why but it thinks this is the first time i login and when i try to submit my revelations code i can't login because i already submitted my revelations key earlier when i bought the game.And i know that this game is submitted to my account because when i login on the web to my uplay account i can see Assassin's Creed Revelations in the my games page.And now the only thing i can do is to buy another ubisoft game so i can submit that key code and login to my account so i can finally play this ****ed game,but i really don't want to buy a new game so if there is any solution for this please somebody tell me.and yes i already contacted ubisoft support and so far i got no solutions.
