    Go To Game "Injured"

I've run into a ":Go To Game "Injured"" screen upon entering a game. After search the forum messages and archives, I found two others that have had the same problem without any response as to how to correct the problem. Sveral emails to tech support yielded only links to this forum and a couple others. No solutions yet they say that the the "ticket" has been resolved. Can anyone direct me where I can get information to resolve this problem or just what it is. When the screen appears, I do not have a majority of the functions available to play, and cannot remove it. Help!

I would think that if anyone would know the answer to your problem, it would be here.

After several attempts at removal and reloading, it would appear that the information that is be downloaded upon startup is corrupt. I even attempted to start a new campaign with a new captain name to no avail. Finally tried to install fresh with a new email address and hit the brick wall when it cinfirmed that the serial number had already been used.

Is there a way to delete all user data and saved games on the server assigned to my account?

You could try a registry cleaner. Your saved games are in My Documents. It maybe under My Documents//SH5. I don't have SH5 but do have SH4 and they use SH4 in My Documents for the saved games.

    Go To Game "Injured"

I have unsitalled the gamelauncher and sh5 program files, deleted the saved games and user dat file, and run two registry cleaners to be sure that nothing remains. Rebooted, and run the program install. I am forced to use the original username (otherwise the ubi server indicates that the serial number is already in use). Upon first contact with ubi server (with or without the save game option or offline mode is checked), the server syncs and delivers the saved games and user dat file. It appears that a one time sync is required to validate the serial number (my guess).

I've tried to delete the user dat file on my hard drive, but the program reuires me to sync to recreate it. At this point I'm just looking to delete whatever files remain on the ubi server, to begin anew.

    Who do I contact?

You could try contacting Ubi Support and see what they say.
