Doing some searching and ending up at the Unity forums, it's clear that this issue seems to be compounded when the host, Ubisoft in this case, used a CDN.

If possible an interim solution would be to offer the Unity assets as a download that we can just dump in the Unity cache folder.

What is interesting is that it loads for me on the "Free" page, but when I try to use the one that will link to my XBox it does not load
