I have Windows 7 and it works for me. If you have more trouble give Support a shot. Link at the bottom of my signature.

I am still having problems w/ using Gunsmith on my laptop. I am using Windows 7 as well. I have installed Unity Web Player and received a Error message "Bad file length."

[I get a “Error loading Unity player- Bad file length” when trying to access GunSmith. Why and what can I do ?
Our GunSmith Web is comprised of a lot of weapons in 3D, and as such is a big file (around 100MB) to download the first time around. In some cases depending on the performance of your connection, it will take too long to download for your browser and this will result in this error.
    Possible fixes are :

If you are using a Wi fi connection, try to hook up with a network cable to your router to improve the bandwidth.
Close down all other programs running at the same time, especially the ones with network intensive use such as home streaming services or P2P clients.
Check your proxy settings and try to establish a direct connection to the site
Or try GunSmith web from a different connection for the first time.

Main resource for fixes can be found here :

Just a thought but could this be a incompatibility with Mozilla?

Mozilla Firefox 11 would not work for me the first time i tried Ghost Recon Network. Internet Explorer 9 worked first time. I just noticed today (about ten minutes ago) that Firefox 11 has an update to Firefox 12,, i applied update and iGhost Recon Network works great. Click at the top left of the Firefox browser, go to Help then scroll down to About Firefox and apply the update, sometimes the update will apply automatically. I also use many Firefox Addons. Ghost Recon network is working brilliant for me now, maybe Ubisoft have also tweaked some settings?, all good here with mozilla Firefox 12.
