I need to download some Framework SP, Which i did, and said to enable it in the control panel. And i did. And it still says i don't have it.

or that i have to download IE 9 which i never use.

We seem to be pretty current on our tickets, are you sure one was submitted? It would be helpful if you submit a DXDiag so that we can take a better look into this. We understand that players may not use IE 9, but there still needs to be a current version on your computer to be able to download.
