    New player. I need help. LOL.

    Can you only help each friend one time or is it once per 24 hours?

    I believe it's once per case. Once a colleague has moved on to another case then you can help again.

    Once every 24 hours. Sometimes, when you click on your friend in the slide bar, you can do it twice. Sometimes you can... sometimes not.
