If they have not responded in MONTHS, I suggest you send in a new report. It should take DAYS, not months.

I am also having the issue with having to resuscitate the patient. Case no #11 Mirror Confession. I'm up to level 77. I resuscitate him him, Dr Forman makes his comment then no experience or cash, just the exclamation point asking to resuscitate him again. Please help, this has been like this for the past week.

I have made several requests to support for this same issue, until the case says that it is automatically resolved...my case is #1, and my patient has been missing since June 11. I love this game, but I am losing the enjoyment because I cannot move forward in the game.

I have the same issue (going on a week now). I e-mailed them and they basically said they "have no ETA on the solution for this problem" (they don't know how to fix it)& that they're too busy "dealing with bugs and quirks in the game on a daily basis." I don't understand why they don't give an option to restart the case.
