Also, Recon is the most played class. It's also the class with the most people who don't know how to play it properly.

A few words of advice from someone with a level 20 Recon and 30 Assault; Learn how to use both SMG's and Sniper Rifles effectively, and keep both in your storage so you can switch mid-match to support the team. Sniping from the back doesn't help the team push the or defend objectives, you need to move with the team and place yourself just behind their "attack line". Switch to SMG and flank if your team is having difficulty moving up, take out snipers. Finally, learn to use both weapon types with both class abilities.

Do these things instead of camping in the back with a sniper or going head-to-head with an Assault/Spec while wielding your SMG and you'll be an asset to the team instead of a detriment.

    Approximately 90 hours per character.

I think Pinkie Pie got to 30 at about 82 hours for each character.

It doesn't take that long to get to 30. I took about 60 hours per class maybe. The rest of the time is from playing at lvl 30.

The time it takes to level a character to 30 is wholly dependent on skill. It took me about 15 hours longer to reach level 30 with my first character than it took cra2yazn (PinkyPie).

It is definitely time consuming to achieve level 30 in one class, let alone three classes. Is it possible? It depends how long Phase 3 lasts. If it lasts the same amount of time as Phase 2 (or if it's shorter), I don't believe it is possible. Then again, the servers will probably remain open 24/7 in Phase 3, so if you don't have any life outside Ghost Recon Online, like PinkyPie, then it may be possible.
