If you pre-order after April 16th, you don't get a code.

The main sticky says, that there are no more pre-order codes.

i pre orderd it before and im still waiting ubisoft sucks mang. there **** is wack they shud have just gave us 1 code from gamestop and on the day let us enter it

Im in the same boat, been waiting for this game for years. pre ordered entered my code and not even a confirmation email was sent to me.Slowly losing a fan and if no email by tomorrow i will be canceling my order and getting my $ back. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and if not corrected will avoid all ubisoft products in the future

Contact Ubisoft Support about this. The sticky mentioned (there were a lot of them so I understand how it could have been missed -- not reprimand ) that if you didn't get your code by the 19th to try them. You can find the link to them at the bottom of my signature.

I tried to call as well as creating an online ticket. No resolution. I had to let me preorder go to Max Payne 3. When I get bored of that I may find a used copy of GRFS if its before the new BF3 map pack. I am not happy with the resolution Ubi provided. Pretty sure if I had another issue with the game I would get the same type of support so I think its a sign. I've been ok with the beta but the disappointments come from lack of MPer options Ubi has talked about that is coming for release. I'll keep watching thought to see if anything changes.

Sounds like you never had the game reserved anyways and tried to get a free beta code. Eh...nice try though.
