Conflux: Can't connect!
Hello people on Ubiforums!
I have bought Heroes VI quite a while ago but I have always have a particular problem with H:VI. No matter what I do, I can't connect to Conflux. The game just continues to load and tries to connect me but nothing happens. I have tried disconnecting my firewall, I have made a exception in the firewall and I have re-installed the game numerous times.
And while i sit on the main menu while the game tries to connect me, I can see at the top where the info on my account is, that I have a profile, but when I tried to log in on Conflux via the homepage it says that it doesn't ha any data on my profile?? And I have no recollection that I have even been able to create and manage my Conflux profile since I can't connect to it... 
Does anybody know what I can do to fix it, or have my profile been kicked out of the game before I even had the opportunity to create it?

Stuff like this you'll have to ask "Support". Wish I could help but only Ubi knows why some people can d.amn well connect and some can't. Where's Ubi Mush when you need his sig?
