ubishop payment authorisation failed
I'm trying to order a game from ubishop, but i get he message "payment authorisation failed".
i've tried two different cards, both have sufficient money available and are registered to my billing/delivery address.
there doesn't appear to be a an e-mail address to contact them on and the phone number is only open bewtween 12pm and 8pm EDT (not 3pm – 7pm Monday to Friday local time as it states on the contact page)
does anybody know why the payment's failing or have any other contact details?

thanks Ubi-Mush, but your link redirects to the ubishop main page with no contact details (probably due to a location redirect as i'm not in the uk right now).
the technical link doesn't help either as it seems to be a list of faqs for the various games, again, with no contact details.
i did stumble across a response to an earlier question to customer services, but I can't remember how i instigated contact
So, the good news is, I have been able to ask about the ordering issue.
you would think the website would be clear with contact details

I have the same problem here, I cant order the HAWX complete package deal that's going on, I've tried multiple forms of payments, different ubi accounts, different products.........called tech support and he tried over the phone and he got the same error. The orders show up after a while in my order history as being canceled by the system. The tech i spoke with advised me he was forwarding the problem to the proper techs who manage the webstore, kinda sounds like a cluster*** of non communication between departments over there........he felt it was a rather serious issue but there was nothing he could do to take my $$$$$ no matter how determined i was to give it to him..........seriously UBI..... don't you want my moneyz?

i got an e-mail back from customer serices
asking for a screen shot of the page showing the payment authorisation failed message.
seriously, i might as well write it on a post it and fax it to them for all the good the screen shot will do
still no go here, i had 3 different clan members all try to buy the HAWX complete package last night too and they all got the same error trying both paypal and credit card forms of payment.......$120 ubi decided they didn't need........and i doubt they will be as patient as me or try to replace their order multiple times.

I was finally able to place my order......had to use my cell phone's hot spot tethering
this must be a IP or ISP related issue with the ubistores backend because i tried multiple computers with my comcast and everytime it failed.
