    Ability: Siege Master II. Not Working?

    I'm on the necropolis campaign with the default hero. I took The Ability Siege Master II but it doesn't seems to be working. At first, I thought it might be perhaps because I wasn't at least rank 1 in Blood. But, now that I am, this ability is still not working. Am I missing something?
