I've had it with not being able to play when servers are down or my connection is down, so decided to play offlline, but found that I can't wield my dynasty weapons (even if they don't gain exp). So does that mean my heroes will never wield weapons? That would be craptastic. I don't mind missing on the dynasty weapons extra powers (to me they're sort of OP anyway), but at least let me put something in the slot!

nope - there are no offline weapons. maybe introduced on a expansion but so far, no

And this is the stupidest thing about the conflux. Making certain features available only online. The DRM wouldn't be so bad if not for this.
