Hello PalmSam... it sounds to me like your having a connection problem/issue... typically, when you receive the message "Multiplayer Simulation Out-Of-Sync" error, this means you and/or the other player has not opened Splinter Cell Conviction ports in router and/or firewall (see http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/app/a...bFRQUlVYVms%3D)... opening Splinter Cell Conviction ports is a requirement to play multiplayer online.
