I got an email to join the beta when it comes out on Xbox, and it came with a code. Theyre telling me to enter the code into the Xbox, but it's only 12 characters. What am I supposed to do with this 12 character code?

It's a PS3 code. I got two e-mails. The first one was for the 360 but it had the PS3 beta code. An hour later, I got another email for a beta access for PS3, and it has the same code.
Can Ubisoft please clarify this? I appreciate having codes for both platforms but I also want access to the 360 version.
12 digit code is for PS3
25 digit code is for Xbox 360

If you have Splinter Cell: Conviction you can enter through the main menu. If not then there are competitions where you can try and win a code.

Still haven t got my key? Who do I need to contact and how if I don t get it by tommorrow morning. I mean contact not hit support and it take you to a page where you ask questions and 50 similar pop up. Been waitin to long for this game to not get to play the beta
Yeah I still haven't got my key. The key should be here before the beta is out. If it is not call Ubisoft Support 1(919) 460-9778. They will help you out. I wish my key was just here already, the worry is killing me
