Could any one tell me how to check the specialization of dynasty and hired hero? Thanks!

Just double click on the main hero's portrait and you'll see his reputation level. How your hero specializes - blood or tears - is up to you though. Second heroes in campaign will usually follow the main hero's specialization. Hired heroes will always be neutral.

On a related note: Is there a way to see (or change) the selected dynasty traits of a hero in the lobby right before starting a game? Especially in hotseat mode, when my wife opens a game, I mostly remeber that I dont know what the name of the hero was I wanted to play, so we have to do the whole setup again... There just arent enough pictures for my heroes
