After installing the game followed by a request for a product key, I had brought, which is located under the disc, followed by a response of the system that the key is not correct, checked it many times! If you are receiving an "invalid key" error message, you would want to submit a support ticket over at http://support.ubi.com. Include an attachment image of the receipt and key and someone will be able to check the key and get back with you with additional info.
