I just read this thread now. Going to cancel my pre-order tomorrow.

Can't believe this has not been added. Like the poster above me said, it was included in prevoius games.

wish I read about this a while ago.

If co op matchmaking was the only reason you was going to buy the game, then you will need to cancel your pre order.

I voted yes. I know they said they wanted co-op to be only with your friends etc etc, but hell I'm sure most of us have met others while matchmaking anyway and that's how you build who to play what game mode with. I honestly think what they said for no matchmaking was just an excuse. Yes if you matchmake with randoms your entire game can go down hill but at the same token you can meet players who actually like to communicate and who can be more reliable than the people already on your friend list.

Randoms are friends you haven't met, yet. I voted yes to matchmaking, for any co-op mode.

While I don't care if they put it in, considering how much coordination this game requires, I would never play with randoms even in coop. And I hope you can make it so you can still play with only 1 other guy without having to fill the party. There are LOTS of areas in this game where if 1 guy screws up the slightest bit, the entire team has to go back and restart.

If you go too close to an enemy and get shot, he will just put a bullet in your head while you're on the ground and it's mission fail, and there are areas in almost every mission where alerting the enemy results in a mission failure. Worst comes to worst, just post on the forums for some coop partners to play with.

If you want to be respected, fight fair. If you want to win, do what is necessary.
