Very disappointing. I have been temporily banned due to exessive requests? Perhaps you should not capslock that and then have it rephrased. As it stands, it sounds like I'm doing something wrong. When in reality, I'm just trying to access a product I purchased. Hopefully whatever the problem is will be cleared up shortly.
Bought the Deluxe version from steam tried to add the key didn't work found this thread and 30 others. Maybe it's time to wake up ubisoft, when i buy a game i shouldn't have to use a crack to start it.
Can't really see how this could happen did you just send steam random keys and they werent added into your system as a legit key? Give the customers atleast a status update instead of referring to the Technical support who would probably just say "We are aware of this situation and it will be cleared up soon".
