    I think the RP gain rate is only an issue for those that want to buy every new thing the second they unlock it. Like ooo shiny new gun must have or shiny new armor must have. So many WoT ppl here. Gave my account to a friend of mine awhile back. It was giving me flashbacks of all the time and money spent on NavyField and yes I know about WoW and WoB.

    It seems to me like the RP rate drops as you get to higher levels... I have had some pretty ridiculous rounds where I get crap for RP.

    I would like to know what the formula is that translates in game score to XP and RP.

    If you roll a lot, you'll get less RP. Highest RP rounds are from tug-of-war matches, not rolling.

    This, I think, is a very good thing.

    The "tug-of-war" style matches are easily abused by a fireteam of skilled players however. Look at the "Snuggle" tactic, we could abuse that to cap 10-15 points before getting fed up and ending it.

    Unless someone throws a nade. In which case, it becomes an even cooler move, the airborne tactical bellyflop.

    When we snuggle it's usually against players that aren't nearly as experienced with the game as we are, it takes is AT MOST 5 minutes to cap a point. Heck we've had rounds on whatever that metro-train map is that lasted 5 minutes TOTAL while taking ALL the caps. That's the neutral cap, and two enemy caps in 5 minutes. When we're snuggling it usually only takes 5-10 minutes to push all the way back from our last cap to their very last one.

    If I recall correctly, the Tactical Snuggle has only been stopped twice by the opposing team. At least in the rounds that I have been involved in.

    And whats with that 40 minute timer... only managed to hit the 40 minute limit once, and its annoying not to be able to finish a fight.

    I personally like the 40min cap. I have came close to it and actually ended games because of it many times specially on the moscow city map. Fight over the bridge on C the push to B your team pushes back get C then pushes for D then they push back get C back and just some major tug of war right if you get 2 good teams.

    also seen some crazy K/D ratios during all these. lol talking like K over 50/D over 20

    40 minute matches can be quite taxing, and as elke said, two good teams fighting over point C in Moscow can keep the game going for quite a while. I'm glad to hear it's in there, because after two 20-minute rounds it was really tiring.
