cant build national monument | Forums

i got a quest "How I Met Your Monument" which asking me to build the national monument at my farm. however, no matter how many times i clicked on the build process, once i log out / refresh, it will reset to 0/15. this issue appeared for days and wasted my 30+ energy. at 1st i thought is my connection problem, but it happened again after i finished clicking 15/15 and sent me a new quest which asking me to buy 10 x cotton candy, invade 10 houses ++. but once i done my neighbors visiting and back to my farm, i found that my national monument is reset again...............

thanks for your fast response. the mission has been submitted but i found that i still cant build the monument. it keep reset to 0/15 after i log out. please refer to the time at the screenshot.
