I just watched a movie called forks over knives that basically fingers the "western diet" as the major contributor to poor health out here. I am seriously considering a transition to a plant based diet. I have designs on being the oldest active SC player EVER.
I do realize that means I will have to have most of you rubbed out but after several long seconds of consideration I have decided that I'm okay with it.
