Cannot start LOMAC Gold, "failed to identify the disc in the drive"
I have LOMAC Gold and cannot start up the program. The StarForce protection software examines disc 2 and reports, "Failed to identify the disc in the drive. Insert a licensed disc."
What is going on and how do I correct it? I have found a link explaining that some of the LOMAC Gold discs are defective. There is a number to call, I've left several messages and nobody has called me back. The email address listed does not work.

Lock On Gold was released by Evolved Games, not Ubisoft Entertainment. Unfortunately you will have to work with their support.
