    The thrill is gone

I was watching some Youtube videos and ran into this version of The Thrill is gone. I have not played guitar until a few months ago when rocksmith came out. but I was able to to jump in and start playing along with them. felt like magic with all the other guitar players.

I assumed it was a musical joke. You could always delete the last post and just take that line instead

    Star Trek?

If you say 'gullible' slowly it sounds like 'oranges'.

I think that is awesome how you are able to jam along with the band only after a few months of playing , this is something i love to do , right now im listening to Yanni and im trying to follow along with my guitar , it is lots of fun. Im listening to Yanni because i want to try to write a song like one of his using my Synth to sound like i have a full Orchestra , but im just playing my guitar its so fun .

the other day i was playing with a G3 dvd and i was thinking that they will need to call it G4 soon LOL

i wouldnt worrie about people pointing out spelling errors im sure that each person that reads this will know exactly what you are talking about

Just FYI, you can edit the title if you click the 'go advanced' b.u.t.t.on when you click to edit a post.

Y'all really need to check out B.B.'s (studio) remix of TTIG on his "Live At The BBC" album. Awesome and funky.

Ditto. I figured the OP was making a very good musical pun! Dude - you should have just played it off like you did it on purpose! That's what I do when I mess up a drum break. In fact, when I do that, I always try to work the same "mistake" in somewhere else during the same song so reinforce the whole "on-purpose" illusion! (I'm not nearly good enough to try that with guitar yet.)
