got into game tonight and first realized that the loot boxes received in game will not open...they just loop (or spin). also purchased an smg for my recon and spent 2000 rp, just to find the rp gone and the weapon not in storage. it's just not there and apparently it didn't credit to my account. can i get a little help here?
