Hello Heroes,
as we stated there is a dedicated to the game team working very hard on the patch, so don't worry, it will be released once it passed all of the technical tests. Unfortunately, it is not coming in time unnounced previously, but still our intention to support the game remains untouched.
While it is not a mystery that a patch is tested before release, we can not underestimate the importance of every small correction as it can create a bigger bug if not developed/tested correctly. When we are talking about a game as complex with a content as rich as Heroes VI is, every small correction can potentially create a bigger trouble. That is what happened with the patch 1.3: it can't be released now as some network issues have been reported.
@SepSpring: no, the patch 1.3 won't be combined with the patch 1.4. We will communicate further about the next patch after the release of the patch 1.3.
@lomvartus: we are working on this issue, I'll get back to you with more information about it soon.
You should know that ignoring a question does not make it go away, neither does it prove that you are trying to improve communication with the community. I'l ask again, what was the big announcement you promised when you announced the patch ? Atleast answer this one if you wont answer the other ones i've asked.
Hello @Gabryelxxx,
an announcement about the first delay has been made on March 29 (when it was clear that the patch won't be released before the end of the month as planned). Usually we are striving to update you as soon as there are any news.
As for the big announcement, it is not yet the moment to make it, so, please, keep patient!

The above information tells us the patch creates more issues than it fixes. Shocker !
And I hardly doubt the patch will fix my issues with the loader (bugged achievements and gaining no seals). What I was told by the solution staff after a week or so session of Q&A was "If the issues are resolved, the solution will appear on the support section of the website." "If" can you believe it, so I have a broken game I have paid for and I got no support.
I really want to keep being optimistic about this game but you give me no chance of staying so. Once again I do not mind waiting for visual glitches AI optimization game balance and such delays but it's critical issues here not being addressed a good 6 months or so after game release. You got to be kidding me.
Uhm FYI Ubi_Irina, Steam just launched a 50% rebate offer on Heroes VI bundled with some Clash of Heroes time. Might have been a good idea to hold that off until after 1.3, I suspect many will jump on that offer![]()
Hey guys, dont shoot the messenger. I admit Irina could make some more posts in the future to keep us updated, even on smaller issues, but nevertheless she keeps us updated.
To the ambitious patch plan: hmm...it was nice to read/hear, that Ubisoft put more efforts in improving Heroes. But we all could imagine that this plan may not be realisitc.
But all in all i agree with Irina: take your time to check the patch for occuring problems before realeasing it. Because people will even cry louder, when there are "more" bugs with the new patch.
Finally i am still not happy with the conflux. A remove of it is indeed necessary!!!
