Win 7 Ulti, 16gb RAM, AMDFX-8120, Twin GTS450 (I know next month upgrade).
Cannot accept Agreement on Launcher........Firewall ok, Virus ok, Additional programs Installed, just cannot highlight or tick box.

I cannot submit a ticket, I have tried, thrice - gave up. No mater what I do - no clickie clickie.

I have managed to fix it, although installing .NET 3.5.1 on Win 7, you also need to add 4.0 if not already done so on updates. After about two restarts and a shutdown, error fixed.
