YOU ARE ON THE BETA QUEUE, getting this for almost 24 hours is this normal.

You have to enter the beta via the UK site: http://ghostrecononline.uk.ubi.com If you use any other site you will get the beta-queue message.

I´m at the UK site and the message is the same

I´ve tried in US and UK...won´t work...keeps sending me to the queue

It just works fine for me. I created a new account, logged in to the uk site and then I can see this:

is there a country restriction in Europe?
