anybody can help me ?
when i try to play my assassin's creed II it will always error and it say's "The program can't start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem." .. I reinstall it many times but it still not working .. please help me .. specially admins ..
Have you reinstalled both DX9 and your graphics card driver?
I'm assuming you are not playing on a laptop - since laptops are not supported - due to them not being fully compatible.
If after re-installing DX9 / card drivers, and the game you are still getting the error message, you should contact Ubisoft support.
Support are the best people to talk to directly - you can find links to them in my signature.

hi there! I installed the game a while ago and still can't play it. as soon as i hit play it opens a new window that will not respond and that is it. any thoughts??
