    Hi gearhead, i know this subject has already been talked about but has anyone asked you about running distance. Will there be sometrhing like the maleria attacks you get on fc2 to stop you running too far.

    Ok then! I will tell you my thoughts about the new direction you guys are taking this Multiplayer for FarCry 3 . Since you guys are umm.... just now! Wanting to see what WE! the consumers think. Where to start Oh Yeah! I think you have ripped off just about every multiplayer idea you can think of From Call Of Duty , Battlefield 3 , Drakes Uncharted, and Killzone 3. Now! I know FarCry 2 is FAR! from perfect , but their is some qualities that makes it original for example: No Radar! Just gamers using their smarts and skills to find people (You know using your brains). No special perks! Nothing to get kills for us. Gamers had to earn every kill even! if it took years to move up the leaderboard. I have watched many noobs! rage quit over the years probably to turn off the game to go play a more noob friendly game like Call Of Duty. Probably! the reason you guys at Massive Sold Out! but anyways .... Being able to heal yourself , and for everyone to heal each other. Vehicles played a major role in the map making part of the game . I guess you guys at Massive! expect gamers to run and run and run for days to get a kill. Speaking of running the getting tired effect after running to long. The Kill Cam gave you a sense of direction to where you might find the person who killed you. Slower gameplay . You think people run around 90 miles an hour in real life without getting tired? All of these examples I have given you made this game realistic and original. Yes their is alot of changes that needed to be made for example: New Environments like " Snow " Don't get me wrong! The new setting is really cool. Needs newer game modes because Uprising is crap. You guys have made it interesting with the new game modes. I am looking forward to playing them, but....... if TDM, DM,or some sort of Capture The Flag is not on FarCry3 .Personally for me FarCry3 will be nothing but a trade in game. The leaderboard needs to be improved , but still very challenging. I am waiting to see if you guys at Massive! copied that as well. Custom Maps should not be allowed in Rank Mode . To many non skilled NOOBS! put secret places in their maps to get an advantage. Needs newer weapons, but from I have seen you guys have worked hard to make them look nice. You guys at Massive! still could have made a great multiplayer without ripping off of other games. Still could have kept it original and realistic. Instead you guys at Massive! took the selfish aproach. Like basically ignoring the consumers. Ignoring the gamers who have played countless hours on FarCry regardless of all the glitches and problems. Instead you guys chose to compete with Call Of Duty and to steal Die Hard C.O.D players away by luring them in with special perks, killstreaks , and faster gameplay.     The new kill cam IS unique, and it ISN'T ripping off other games so you SHOULD be happy about it.

    l3reast it shows how much you find out about the game, there ARE options to turn off the RADAR - it has been confirmed that there is Team Death Match Mode
    We might get other options to even turn off Team Support or Perks - there is not enough info yet on options for the game and the HUD.

    As for listening to the community you are lucky that a lot of us old FCIP players didn't get our way because then you would have weapon placement in the map and would not have a weapon class system at all.

    Love weapon placement. Weapon classes just take away from creativity. I feel like I have to design maps just to limit snipers..

    It's so..... constricting..

    LMAO @ Limit snipers. Not to be rude, but you should have enough skill to take them out. Weapon placement is a waste of time Running around grabbing weapons , and getting shot in the process. You must like to camp. Because that's all people like to do is camp where the weapons are placed.. I personally like the freedom to be what class I want to be. Freedom to choose your weapons with a click of a button is so much better. I respect a good fight. choose your class and lets battle! I want to punish all those rage quitting noobs!

    Would have loved weapon placement. But yeah I am also like you said an old FCIP player

    Not what I mean.

    I mean that with create a class, most custom maps turn out to be snipe fests. EVERYONE is running around with snipers. If you limit the availability of snipers it helps for people to use other means.

    It a game like Far Cry 2, it was hard to have a big open map without everybody feeling like they needed to snipe.

    scavenger fits so well don't it..... As a name especially weapons can be placed but no respawn has been confirmed yet

    predator skills have been hinted at via hunting and crafting

    Were still waiting on seeing traps too make a return but they are expected as throwing rocks are confirmed
