I just watched a video that showed all the gear and weapons, why do almost all the guns look so bland and have such poor textures? If there was ever anything cod did right it was the weapons' detail. The cryengine has superb visuals on the weapons as well. Just a little detail problem I have, being a gun nut. Comments?

I think you may need to up the resolution. The weapon models look stunning to me.

Were you watching the vids in 720p? Were they being recorded in 720p?

I'm not sure I was watching on my iPad, but even from gt in hd they don't seem so great to me. Just my opinion. I'll past true judgement after I play the glorified demo.

I never said cod was the only game that got "names" right for guns, in fact some of their names for guns are wrong. But read the post. I said they get the detail in the visuals right. Don't act like I'm promoting cod. Do I play it yes, is it THE fps, no.

NO,NO,NO, I hope I didn't offended ya, I didn't mean it, I was talking about a whole different thing, your post just reminded me of the situation, I hope everything is cool ?!

Regarding the Weapons, you will be able to change their color, maybe that will help a little, but I agree, I found that the Sniper Rifle looks actually bland, but I am no gun expert, so I wouldn't know,

Well unfortunately the acr is now made by Remington, and it's redesigned from the Masada. The pdr is only in air soft form-that I've seen. I'd love to see a real pdr put into production, I'd so buy one!
but what I meant was, with all the gun smithing will you be able to get magpul stocks and foregrips. I saw some of their stuff but I'd like to see all their options.
