I also received an email invite and the support system won't even allow me to submit a ticket.

Dear Ubisoft, please don't bother sending me beta invites if you can't do something as simple as send the proper code or at least have a working ticket system.

Sounds like YOU made the mistake of either:
a) Signing up for the wrong regions beta.
b) Thinking this is related to Ghost Recon Future Soldier for console when the names are clearly different.

I've seen a couple instances where keys that were sent out were marked as "already used" by the system, however Ubisoft support seemed to have sorted those issues out fine.
