How To Fix Lagg On Laptops
Hi,
This is a small guide of how you can fix the lagg on GRO if you have a laptop with Nvidia GeForce Mobile vid card.
My Setup:
Processor: Quad Core i7 2630QM @ 2.0Ghz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT555M @ 2gb
Chipset Vid Card: Intel HD Graphics Family
RAM: 6GB
HDD: 500GB
Screen Size: 17"
I've had HUGE laggs when I first started to play this game. I had to put everything on LOW and that didn't help either. I had to send a ticket to the Tech Support of Ubisoft. They first told me that my laptop processor did not qualify to play this game so that wasn't really helpfull...
So I searched a little bit online for myself and found this: http://www.tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_6.html
So I looked up what the program was that runned the game and it was: yeti_release.exe(Go to My Computer > C: > Ubisoft > GRO > PDC-Live > yeti_release.exe)
So I added that inside my Nvidia Configuration panel and tweaked a few things and now I can run the game on High with 40+ fps.
Hopefully this is helpfull for other people who have problems with their game.

I have an Intel Mobile integrated graphics card and the game is laggy as hell! Would you be more specific with what you actually did to make it work? THX

Intel Mobile integrated graphics
is for viewing movies and working with a good power consumption. its not designed to run games like ghost recon online smoothly.
if you dont have a seperate graphic card ( like my laptop, or OP's ) to play games with you will most likely not get the game working smoothly
