So you can access the beta through splinter cell conviction right..
So ive just brought splinter cell second hand, will i be able to access the beta through this game even thought its second hand

yeah, i think so. as long as you have splinter cell conviction, there should be an extra link added to the main menu of it when the beta is released on April 19th.

Yes, you access through the game.

Step 1) You must be connected to Xbox LIVE to download Beta from Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

Step 2) With the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction (TM) disc in your Xbox 360, start the game to enter the main menu screen.

Step 3) When you see the news message announcing the Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier(TM) Beta appear on the screen, press the X ****on. The Xbox LIVE Marketplace menu will open directly to the download page for the Beta.

Step 4) Download the Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier(TM) Beta

Please note that the news message announcing the beta should appear in the menu during the pre-loading phase, starting April 17th.
