And also when I had it send me my key again via email (in the uPlay account page), it sent me a different key.

Neither of these keys work, both give me the message: "This beta key is invalid or has already been used."

Keys are valid for all countries in the open beta: including the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Nordic territories but not the US.

Just use UK proxy. I think it's the only thing you can do.
