Carts of Flowers, Hay, Fruit,

Fur (maybe just make it look like the skins/hides wrapped him similar to a taco! or quesadilla..... or at least have some of the skins pop up in the air and fall gracefully on him upon landing.)

Cotton (this could be done due to carts of cotton being used for paper going to textile factories or whatever) ,

Liquids (perhaps a large cart size container that you could jump/fall on and it would break and not give you any damage and if it is connected to a horse then the guy steering would yell at you and your notoriety or sync would become less favorable.)

using the rope dart similar to batman's grappling gun to swing and perhaps land into a roll into a run or into a cart or an open window or something.

areas of hay on the ground or snow or someone racking leaves-explodes on impact (someone who would chase you after exploding his leaf pile)

Would be Crazy to see him jump and basically land through trees similar to Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) in Avatar falling through the trees with impact and grace. * i think this was already mentioned tho.

There should be things you can't dive into from certain heights. I think it is ridiculous that from some of the distances we've seen Ezio dive, he still comes out. Bushes should be low range, same with water(depending on depth), and carts of fur and fruit. Medium range should be hay, snow, Water(depending on depth) High range should be water(depending on depth) and I can't think of anything else for high range. Maybe you have to go down to medium range. Also, I've always wanted to do a leap of faith and kill during, whether it be by grabbing and pulling the person down while falling, shooting, throwing something at them, etc. And, I sometimes fall and do a fall of faith into something and I can't grab anything, so I want to be able to grab buildings (or trees, or cliffs)on my way down. Why don't people flail their limbs much when they fall?

Depends on the kind of liquid. Most if not all will still kill you most of the time though.
